Our money-back guarantee

Every order begins with a digital proof for your review, and nothing is finalized until you approve it. Revisions are unlimited, so we keep adjusting the portrait until it is right.

If you are still not satisfied after unlimited revisions, you get a full refund. We want you to love your portrait before you approve anything.

Digital portraits

Digital portraits are custom made from your photo and delivered as a high-resolution file after you approve your proof. Because the guarantee above is settled before approval, refunds on digital portraits are handled at the proof stage rather than after the final file is delivered.

If anything is wrong with the delivered file, for example it will not open or it is not the version you approved, contact us and we will make it right.

Custom canvases

Custom Canvases are made to order and are not produced until you approve your digital proof, which protects you from receiving finished artwork before the portrait is right.

If your canvas arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the proof you approved, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the canvas and packaging. We will replace it at no cost, or refund the canvas if a replacement cannot resolve the problem.

How to request a refund or report a problem

Email support@petoncanvas.com with your order ID and a short description of the issue. Include photos if it relates to a canvas. We respond within 1 business day and will work with you until it is resolved.
