How much does a custom pet portrait cost?
Digital portraits start at $24.99 for a high-resolution file. Custom Canvases range from $49.99 for 8×8 inches to $99.99 for 30×40 inches. Expedited proof delivery (1-2 business days) costs an additional $10. All pricing is transparent with no hidden fees.
How long does it take to create my pet portrait?
Standard proof delivery is 2-3 business days. Expedited proof delivery is available for 1-2 business days for an additional $10. Custom Canvases are sent to print only after you approve the proof; standard U.S. canvas production and delivery usually takes about 6-7 additional business days after approval.
What photo should I send for the best results?
Send a high-resolution photo (at least 1000px wide) with good natural lighting that clearly shows your pet's face. Avoid blurry, dark, or heavily filtered images. Close-up shots where your pet is looking at the camera work best. You can send multiple photos for reference.
How are your portraits made?
Every portrait is custom made from your photo. We build each one with careful attention to your pet's specific features, expression, and personality, then send you a digital proof to review before anything is finalized.
Can you include multiple pets in one portrait?
Yes. We paint multiple pets together in one portrait all the time. Each additional pet is $20, added during the order process. So a portrait of two pets is your chosen format price plus $20, three pets plus $40, and so on.
What if I need changes to my portrait?
Unlimited revisions are included with every portrait before final approval. If you'd like reasonable adjustments to likeness, colors, background, composition, or other details, just let us know when you receive your proof and we'll keep working until the portrait feels right. A completely new photo, new pet, new style, or new concept may require a new order.
What art styles do you offer?
We offer five distinct styles: watercolor, oil painting, pencil sketch, pop art, and surrealist. Each style captures your pet's personality differently - watercolor for gentle pets, pop art for energetic ones, and oil painting for classic depth.
What do I receive with my order?
For digital portraits, you receive a high-resolution digital file (3000px+) perfect for printing at any size. Custom Canvas orders include the digital file plus a gallery-wrapped, ready-to-hang custom canvas shipped to your door.
Do you ship internationally?
Digital portraits are delivered by email and can be ordered from anywhere. Canvas shipping is available to the countries supported at checkout. If your country is not listed, contact us before ordering and we may still be able to help.
Is this appropriate for a pet memorial portrait?
Absolutely. We handle memorial portraits with special care and sensitivity. Many customers choose our watercolor or pencil sketch styles for memorial pieces as they offer a gentle, timeless quality that honors your pet's memory beautifully.
What is your refund/satisfaction policy?
Love your proof or get your money back. Every order includes unlimited revisions before final approval. If, after revisions, we can't make the portrait feel right, we'll refund you before the final digital file is delivered or your canvas is sent to print. Once you approve the proof, approved custom orders are not refundable unless the final item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the approved proof.
Can I rush my order for a gift?
Yes. Expedited proof delivery gets your proof in 1-2 business days for an additional $10. For canvas gifts, order early: the canvas is printed and shipped only after you approve the proof.
How do I upload my pet's photo?
After checkout, the confirmation page lets you upload your pet photos directly from your phone or computer. If the upload fails or your files are too large, head to our contact page and we'll take it from there with your Stripe order ID as a backup.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, and Amazon Pay through Stripe. Eligible wallet buttons appear on the order review step, with secure card checkout available as a fallback.
Can I see examples of your work before ordering?
