Digital proof delivery

Every order starts with a digital proof for your review. Standard proof delivery is 2-3 business days after your order and usable pet photos are received. Expedited proof delivery is 1-2 business days when selected at checkout.

Canvas production and shipping

Custom Canvases are not produced until you approve your proof. This protects you from receiving finished artwork before the portrait is right.

After proof approval, standard U.S. canvas production and delivery usually takes about 6-7 business days. Faster options may be available depending on destination and production schedule. International delivery times vary by country, carrier, customs, and season.

Custom Canvas prices include standard shipping to supported checkout countries unless a separate shipping charge is shown at checkout.

Where we ship custom canvases

Digital portraits are delivered by email and can be ordered from anywhere. Canvas shipping is currently available to the countries supported during checkout:

If your country is not listed at checkout, contact us before ordering. We may still be able to help with a custom invoice or digital-only order.

Tracking and address changes

When tracking is available, we will send it after your canvas has been produced and a carrier label is created.

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually update the address before the canvas is sent to print, but we cannot guarantee address changes after production has started.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect custom canvases

If your canvas arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the approved proof, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the canvas and packaging. We will replace it at no cost, or issue a refund if a replacement cannot resolve the problem.

Carrier delays and lost packages

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Weather, carrier delays, customs, incorrect addresses, and high-volume seasons can affect timing. If tracking stalls or a package appears lost, contact us and we will help investigate. If the carrier confirms a package is lost or the issue cannot be resolved, we will replace the canvas or refund the canvas portion of the order.

Need it for a specific date?

Order early for canvas gifts. Expedited proof delivery speeds up the artwork review stage, but canvas production and carrier shipping still happen after approval.
