Canvas shipping is available to supported checkout countries only, and anything that arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the approved proof needs to be reported within 7 days, with photos.

Packaging, in plain terms
A gallery-wrapped canvas ships in a box sized and padded for it, built to protect the piece and its wooden stretcher bars through standard parcel transit. It arrives ready to hang: no frame to buy, no glass to worry about, no assembly beyond finding a stud or a hook rated for its weight. What you unbox is what goes on the wall.
Delivery itself follows the carrier's normal practice for a parcel that size, left at the address or a redelivery attempt if no one is there. If you want more control over the drop-off, most carriers let you add delivery instructions directly once the tracking number reaches your inbox.

If something goes wrong on delivery
A canvas that arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what you approved is covered. Report it within 7 days of delivery with photos of the canvas and the packaging it arrived in, and we replace it at no cost or refund it if a replacement will not fix the problem.
That window is deliberately short, which is worth being upfront about. It exists to keep the claim tied to the shipment itself, so photograph the box and the piece before you set them aside, even if you plan to deal with it later. A change of mind after approval is a different situation, covered in our refund policy, and does not fall under this window.
Questions
Which countries can receive a canvas?
Canvas shipping goes to supported checkout countries only: the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and the Netherlands. If your country is not on that list, the $24.99 digital portrait is unaffected, since it is delivered by email.
Does the 6-7 business day figure apply outside the U.S.?
That figure is the standard U.S. production and delivery estimate. Outside the U.S., production still starts at approval, but transit adds time on top of it, and how much depends on the destination, the carrier, and customs. There isn't a single number that fits every supported country honestly, which is why we quote the U.S. figure specifically rather than a blanket one.
Do I get the digital file too, or only the canvas?
Every canvas order includes the digital file as well, at no extra cost. Since the file does not need printing or shipping, it typically reaches you before the physical canvas does.
What if the canvas is damaged when it arrives?
Report it within 7 days of delivery with photos of the canvas and its packaging. That covers damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different items, and results in a free replacement, or a refund if a replacement can't resolve it. This is separate from the pre-approval guarantee, which applies before the proof is approved rather than after delivery.
Can I change the shipping address after ordering?
Reach out as early as possible if an address needs to change. Once a canvas has gone to print and shipped, redirecting it is a carrier-side request at best, so the sooner you flag it, the more options there are.
