The first digital proof is built

You review it against your pet
Look closely and decide whether it is right as is or needs a change. Most people request at least one small adjustment here, and that is normal, not a sign anything went wrong.
Revisions, if you want them
Describe what to change. Revisions are unlimited and included in the price, so you can go back and forth until the likeness feels right, not just once.
You approve the final proof
This is the point where the order becomes final. Before this step, a refund is available if revisions genuinely cannot make it feel right. After approval, refunds apply only if the final item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what you approved.

A few practical notes
The proof email comes from a new sender the first time you order, so check a spam or promotions folder if it has not arrived by the end of the window above. It is worth doing before assuming anything has gone wrong.
Each stage only moves forward once you have acted on the one before it. Approving the proof quickly, or asking for a specific change quickly, is the single biggest thing you control in the whole sequence. A proof that sits unanswered does not advance to production on its own.
For a canvas order, the 6-7 business days after approval covers two different things happening one after the other: the canvas being printed and stretched, then the finished piece actually shipping to you.
